YamiRaku is a Japanese‑focused, Asian‑inspired snack shop offering packaged snacks, rotating limited items, point‑based rewards, prizes, and gacha experiences. Our concept is built around surprise, rotation, and fun.
Snack selections rotate monthly. Gacha and prizes rotate frequently and may be discontinued at any time.
2. Eligibility & Use of Services
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province to use our Services. If you allow a minor to use our Services under your supervision, you are responsible for their activity.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful, personal, non‑commercial purposes.
3. Accounts & Accuracy of Information

8. Points, Rewards & Gacha
• Points have no cash value
• Points are non‑transferable and non‑refundable
• Gacha outcomes are random and final
• No exchanges, substitutions, or rerolls
Participation in rewards and gacha is voluntary and for entertainment purposes.

All content on the Services, including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, and designs, is owned by YamiRaku or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

YamiRaku is powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with YamiRaku.
Shopify is not responsible for products, services, or disputes arising from transactions with YamiRaku.

By submitting reviews, feedback, or suggestions, you grant YamiRaku a perpetual, royalty‑free right to use them for any lawful purpose.
We may remove content that is offensive, misleading, or violates these Terms.
