Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, weather, or high-volume periods. We currently ship within the United States. Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout, as delays may occur if information is entered incorrectly.
Returns
Due to the nature of our packaged food items, limited releases, and prize-based products, all snack and gacha sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. Each request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness.
