Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier schedules, weather, or high-volume periods. We currently ship within the United States. Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout, as delays may occur if information is entered incorrectly.

Returns
Due to the nature of our packaged food items, limited releases, and prize-based products, all snack and gacha sales are final. We’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. Each request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness.

Every product at YamiRaku is selected with care. We focus on trusted brands, clear ingredient labeling, and properly sealed packaging. Snacks are stored and handled thoughtfully to maintain quality from our shelves to your hands.

Because many of our items are imported and limited rotation, packaging may vary slightly from batch to batch. That’s part of carrying authentic products, not mass-produced inventory.

If something doesn’t look right when you receive your order, let us know. We take quality seriously and appreciate the chance to make things right.

Online payments are handled through Shopify’s secure system, and in-store transactions are processed through Square. Both platforms use industry-standard security and PCI compliance to protect your information.
